  My grandmother in her mid 90's was having an issue with a refrigerator. We called this place and they came down to check the problem. Once finding out how much it would cost for an evaluation I decided it was best to cancel because the frig is a smaller version one and costs slightly more than the service charge. But the guy that came down was curious and said he wanted to look at it for his own sake. He did and slightly bent the door in because it had too much weight on it and it worked. He was very professional and honest and did not ask for a thing because he chose to be nice. So instead of taking advantage of my grandmother, he gained a new customer that is going to call with any other issues and I highly recommend these people.

  Take the time to go elsewhere. Had a recent repair that took a total of three visits to get right, then they tried to charge me $30 more than the agreed upon price. Past history includes not contacting customers about a recall of a dishwasher that was a fire hazard. Avoid dealing with them.
