He is a pleasure to do business with and meticulous about his work. The truest test of customer service is how a business owner handles a problem post sale and Systems by Miles stands by their work. He found a loose connection that was causing a speaker to short, fixed it on the spot and then booked an appointment to rewire the subwoofer and amplifiers at no charge. This is a person who truly cares about the quality of his work, even on a 11 year old pickup truck. Highly recommend this business. Straight forward, no price gouging and quality service.
